“We were very fortunate to have met Carrie who helped plan and organize our wedding.  From the day we met Carrie, she was extremely professional, friendly and always responsive to our calls and e-mails.  Her turnaround time was typically a few hours and we never went more than a day without receiving a response, even during the birth of her first child!  Carrie knew the in’s and out’s of our venue, Ritz Carlton in Marina Del Rey, as well as vendors and decorative ideas that typically go overlooked.  She had the intuition to provide creative ideas and suggestions when needed but knew when to give us our freedom to make the final decision.  She was always supportive and enthusiastic.

Carrie was hired to be a “day-of” coordinator but her responsibilities went beyond just the wedding date.  We met at her office several times to discuss the smallest details and she helped answer any questions we may have had.  She met us again for a casual meeting at the venue to discuss logistics and of course was present for the rehearsal.  She was always punctual.

On the day of the wedding, Carrie and her staff members knew their roles precisely and were on point to make sure everything ran smoothly.  We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding coordinator.
